My Profile

Overview​

My Profile collects the answers that stay the same from one event to the next — a dietary preference, a shirt size, an accessibility need. You answer them once and the organizer reuses them for your later registrations, so you do not have to type them again every time you sign up.

The questions on this page are chosen by the organizer, so what you see there depends on the organization whose events you attend. An organization that has not set any up will show an empty page.

Accessing My Profile​

  • Sign in to your account.
  • Select My profile from the sidebar.

Features​

  • Review your answers: every question the organizer keeps for you is listed with its current answer.
  • Change an answer: type the new answer and click Save profile. The change applies to your future registrations, not to events you have already registered for.
  • Read-only entries: some questions are managed by the organizer and marked Managed by the organizer. You can see the answer but not change it. Contact the organizer if one of these is wrong.

How Your Answers Are Reused​

  • When you register for another event from the same organization, these answers are filled in for you in the Additional information section of the registration form.
  • Typing a different answer during a registration updates it here too.
  • Leaving a field empty during a registration does not erase what you already told the organizer — the previous answer is kept. To clear an answer, change it on this page.
