Duplicate Event
Overview
The Duplicate Event feature allows Admins and Event Organizers to easily create a new event by duplicating an existing one. This saves time and ensures consistency by copying the default values from the current event.
Permission Notice
To import attendees, the Admin/Organizer needs the EVENT_DUPLICATE permission. For more details, visit
the Permissions Guide.
Accessing the Duplicate Event Feature

Navigate to Event:
- Go to the event you want to duplicate.
- Click the Duplicate Event icon in the sidebar.
Features
- Duplicate Event:
- The duplicated event will inherit the following values from the current event:
- Title
- Type (Classic or Digital)
- Start Event (Start Time)
- End Event (End Time)
- Main Language
- Hotel Name (if applicable)
- Country
- Street
- City
- ZipCode
- Event Description
- Booking with Payment
- Color
- Capacity
- Hotel Booking URL
- Agenda URL
- Send QR Code after register?
- Is Business Event?
- With Webcast Integration?
- Enable Cancellation?
- Create attendee's account?
- The duplicated event will inherit the following values from the current event:
Steps to Duplicate an Event
- Select the Event to Duplicate:
- Navigate to the event you wish to duplicate.
- Click the Duplicate Event icon in the sidebar.
- Review and Modify the Duplicated Event:
- The system will create a new event with the copied values.
- Review the details of the duplicated event and make any necessary modifications.
- Save the Duplicated Event:
- After reviewing and modifying the details, save the duplicated event.
