Mail Logs

Overview

The Mail Logs feature allows Admins and Event Organizers to view a list of emails sent from the tool within the organization. This includes information about the recipient, status, type, time, subject, and body of the email.

Role Notice

Only users with the ADMIN or ORGANIZER role can access this feature.

Accessing the Mail Logs Feature

List

Navigate to Mail Logs:

  • Go to the homepage.
  • Select Mail Logs from the sidebar.

Features

  • View Mail Logs:

    • Displays a list of emails with the following details:
      • To: The recipient of the email.
      • Status: Indicates whether the email was successful or failed.
      • Type: The type of email, which can be one of the following:
        • PASSWORD_RESET
        • USER_CREATE
        • EVENT_REGISTER
        • EVENT_SEND_MAIL
        • EVENT_CANCEL
        • USER_VERIFICATION_CODE
      • Last Updated: The relative time when the email was last updated.
      • Subject: The subject of the email.
      • Email Body: The content of the email. Users can copy the email body.
  • Time Frame Filter:

    • Allows filtering of the email logs based on the time frame:
      • Last 1 day
      • Last 7 days
      • Last 30 days
